Apartment buildings, Mongolia

Construction of 2,000 apartments in the city of Erdenet. The leading development company FINEP together with ABP started the construction of a pilot project in the summer of 2013 – a new residential area "Euro Eko Tugul" in Erdenet, in which a total of 2,000 new modern apartments will be gradually built. The total area of all stages of the project is 44 hectares:

1st stage – 90 flats, implementation date: 06/2013–06/2015

2nd stage – 90 flats, implementation date: 04/2015–12/2016

3rd stage – 90 flats, implementation date: 04/2016–12/2017

4th stage –120 flats, implementation date: 04/2017–12/2018

5th stage – 120 flats, implementation date: 04/2018–12/2019

Stage 6 – 55 flats, implementation date: 04/2019–07/2020

7th stage – 120 flats, implementation date: 04/2020–08/2021

8th stage – 120 flats, implementation date: 07/2020–12/2021
